Cherif Kedir
CEO & President

Cherif is a solar industry veteran of 13+ years with experience extending from product development, product engineering, yield enhancement, performance enhancement, test site development, redurability testing, bankability, to certification testing. He also has an extensive 11-year background in Semiconductors, specifically with product engineering, testing, and failure analysis.

Saeed Arash Far
VP of Engineering & Operations

Saeed has over 25 years of people management, product architecture design, patent, hands-on development, and quality Engineering experience. He is a seasoned architect and developer of utility-grade, industrial, commercial, and consumer solutions, and sensor technologies. Prior to joining Renewable Energy Test Center(RETC), Saeed held executive positions at various enterprises where he was directly involved and oversaw multi-scale projects, developed hundreds of products/solutions, and had been an active board member and advisor to Utility, Commercial, Industrial, and Consumer technology-based companies.

Dick Bayangos
CFO

Dick est responsable de l'ensemble des finances et des ressources humaines chez RETC. Auparavant, Dick occupait le poste de responsable de la conformité chez Verizon en Virginie, où il a reçu le « CFO Recognition Award – Accountability without Excuses » pour avoir identifié, résolu et permis à l'entreprise d'économiser plus de 50 millions de dollars liés à des écarts au titre du Fonds fédéral de service universel (FUSF). Il a également mis au point un nouveau modèle de versement permettant de réduire au minimum les versements excédentaires au titre du FUSF à la FCC, et a rationalisé et renforcé les procédures de contrôle SOX.

Camille Sherrod
Head of Sales &
Project Management

Camille has been with RETC since the start of her solar career in 2016. She first joined as the Lab Operations Manager and has since managed RETC’s Project Management and Internal Sales, These experiences have enabled her to work directly with different customers across the renewables  industry and to recognize trends and needs of the different players.  From manufacturers to  all the way downstream.

Zennia Villanueva
VP of Quality

Zen is the main liaison between customers and partner NRTLs for certification projects, creating test plans, construction evaluation, and technical reports. Zen is a licensed CQE under the American Society for Quality. She also contributes to international and local PV Standards and Specifications under her US Technical Advisory Group and UL Standards Technical Panel membership. Prior to RETC, Zen led in product quality, global supplier and subcontractor quality overseas at Solaria.
