COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT ENGINEER:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Handling: Oversee and support multiple projects concurrently, including PV, CRT, and PE.
Technical Reporting: Draft and refine detailed engineering and certification test reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
Data Verification: Review test data entries to confirm correctness and compliance with certification requirements.
Evaluation & Documentation: Conduct constructional evaluations of test samples, and prepare CDFs, Listing Reports, Findings Letters, and Letters of Completion.
Quality Improvement: Propose and implement system enhancements to improve quality and efficiency.
Form Development: Design and update forms for customer data input and output to streamline processes.
Calculator Creation: Develop and refine calculators for testing to ensure adherence to standard requirements.
Field Deployment: Perform on-site factory and field inspections, and witness testing as required.
Test Plans & Quotations: Create detailed test plans and provide quotations for initial certification, qualification by similarity, and engineering evaluations.
Work Instructions: Write clear and compliant work instructions in alignment with standards as needed.
Technical Communication: Engage in meetings and conference calls to address and resolve technical issues.
Certification Management: Review certification packets for completeness and accuracy; ensure Factory Inspection schedules are current and deploy relevant reports to inspectors.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update the FI Masterfile/Tracker in real-time; track the closure of FI findings and manage certification withdrawals as needed.
Directory Maintenance: Keep the certification directory current by uploading new certificates and removing revoked ones.
Organization: Organize certification packets and FI reports by customer for efficient retrieval.
Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the team's goals and success.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in PV Engineering or a related field.
Skills:
Expertise in drafting and reviewing technical reports.
Experience in certification processes and inspections.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills for technical discussions and documentation.
Ability to travel as required (up to 40%)

Quality Assurance Analyst :
Position Summary
The QA Analyst will support our photovoltaic (PV) testing operations by maintaining and verifying lab equipment, ensuring accurate data collection and record-keeping, and coordinating with internal teams to uphold rigorous quality standards. This position is essential for driving consistently, precise testing outcomes to meet industry requirements, client expectations, and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Verification & Maintenance
Work with Engineering and Operations teams to complete equipment buy-off records for mechanical load weights, conduit bending weights, impact test weights, data loggers, multiplexers, refrigerators, and more.
Perform on-time in-house verification of testing instruments (e.g., velocity meters, shunts, resistors, UV sensors, pyranometers, pyrheliometers, dynamic mechanical load systems).
Handle thermocouple management (verification, labeling) for various stations (refrigerator, UV, light soak, NMOT/NOCT, temperature test, bypass diode, Pasan, Halm).
Perform QC checks on force gauges, chambers, power supplies, dielectric withstand testers, and other lab equipment.
Decommission equipment safely by red tagging and quarantining items that fail verification or are no longer in use.
Data Documentation & Quality Records
Maintain verification test data and maintenance records in the appropriate systems.
Design and update forms to capture customer data inputs/outputs and streamline processes.
Develop and refine calculators for testing to ensure adherence to relevant testing standards.
Preventive Maintenance & Calibration
Execute equipment preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
Calibrate scientific or technical equipment (e.g., thermocouples, sensors, measurement devices).
Ensure reference modules, cells, and isotypes are calibrated, properly labeled, and securely stored.
Quality Control & Inspections
Perform incoming QC inspections of critical consumables.
Verify that all measuring equipment has assigned Asset #s, calibration stickers, and up-to-date records in the WIP system.
Measure periodic water resistivity to ensure consistency with testing requirements.
Manage Cut Test Blade Inventory: radius measurement, labeling
· Other Duties
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor to support quality assurance and continuous improvement within the PV testing laboratory.
Work Context & Physical Demands
Must wear protective/safety equipment (safety shoes, gloves, glasses, bump caps, etc.) daily while in the lab.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. For items exceeding 50 lbs., a buddy system or mechanical lifting aid is used.
Regularly use hands to handle tools and testing instruments.
Involves sitting, standing for extended periods, and occasionally working at heights (e.g., rooftop setups)

Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical) is required.
· 1-2 years of quality assurance, lab technician, or similar experience is ideal (experience in the PV or renewable energy sector is a plus), but not required.
Salary/Benefits
Base - Range: $25-$28 per hour (depending on experience, education, etc.)
