Cherif is a solar industry veteran of 13+ years with experience extending from product development, product engineering, yield enhancement, performance enhancement, test site development, redurability testing, bankability, to certification testing. He also has an extensive 11-year background in Semiconductors, specifically with product engineering, testing, and failure analysis.

Dick handles total finance and HR at RETC. Dick was the Regulatory Manager of Verizon in Virginia and earned “CFO Recognition Award – Accountability without Excuses” for researching, resolving, and saving the company over $50M in Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) discrepancies. He also developed a new remittance model that minimized over remittance of FUSF to FCC, streamlined and strengthened SOX control procedures.

Zen is the main liaison between customers and partner NRTLs for certification projects, creating test plans, construction evaluation, and technical reports. Zen is a licensed CQE under the American Society for Quality. She also contributes to international and local PV Standards and Specifications under her US Technical Advisory Group and UL Standards Technical Panel membership. Prior to RETC, Zen led in product quality, global supplier and subcontractor quality overseas at Solaria.

Saeed has over 22 years of people management, product architecture design, patent, hands-on development, and quality Engineering experience. He is a seasoned architect and developer of utility-grade, industrial, commercial, and consumer solutions, and sensor technologies. Prior to joining Renewable Energy Test Center(RETC), Mr. Arash Far held executive positions at various enterprises where he was directly involved and oversaw multi-scale projects, developed hundreds of products/solutions, and had been an active board member and advisor to Utility, Commercial, Industrial, and Consumer technology-based companies.

Camille has been with RETC since the start of her solar career in 2016. She first joined as the Lab Operations Manager and has since managed RETC’s Project Management and Internal Sales, These experiences have enabled her to work directly with different customers across the renewables  industry and to recognize trends and needs of the different players.  From manufacturers to  all the way downstream.
